Tufo will create for two, four or six diners for
nine or ten-course wine-paired dinners, which
can be arranged with advance reservations.
The selections included Beluga Caviar with
chive crème fraiche on blini; Medjool Dates
with foie gras and Ibérico ham; Lobster Avocado
Salad; Seared Diver Scallop with fava bean
purée, cherries and saba; Braised Beef Cheek
Ravioli with black truffle and Parmesan; Snowy
Grouper with clams, chorizo, bok choy and crab
rouille and Niman Ranch Pork Belly with orange
glaze and borlotti bean cassoulet.

nominated and selected as an Outstanding
Victim Advocate by Florida Attorney
General Pam Bondi, as part of the 2018
Distinguished Victim Services Awards.
Hands Across the Bay assists and mentors
families in need, advocates for change
and performs other acts of kindness.
Melissa Dohme, Hands Across the
Bay’s violence prevention advocate, was
a special speaker at the Victims’ Rights
Week tribute ceremony in Tallahassee.
L.J. Govoni, a co-owner of Big Storm
Brewing Co., is proud that his company
has extended its official partnership with
the Tampa Bay Rowdies and will continue
brewing a special lager for the United
Soccer League team called Kick in the
Grass. The brew, which will be available on
draft at Al Lang Stadium, will also be sold
in 16-ounce cans at the stadium, while
four-packs of the lager will be available at
certain retailers. A portion of the proceeds
from Kick in the Grass will be donated to
the Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts
that funds arts education for children. 9
