The James Museum of
Western and Wildlife Art
The opening gala for the new James Museum of Western and Wildlife Art in downtown
St. Petersburg was a star-studded affair attended by Tampa Bay’s movers and shakers.
Since the guests were invited to dress with western flair, many wore hats, boots, jeans
and turquoise jewelry. The museum’s design and layout invites visitors into the rich
and diverse heritage of the American West.
Former Florida Gov. Bob Martinez and his
wife Mary Jane were captivated by
the western art on display.
