NORAA
Chef Oren Zroya, who
caters to celebrity clients,
got the inspiration for
his Radical Pan as he
noticed the curl of a
wave while surfing. The
result is a nonstick pan
with a 3.5-inch high-rise
lip that makes it easy to
flip pancakes, omelets
or stir fry dishes, even
for amateurs. It makes
anyone look like a trained
professional. The pan,
available at radusa.co, has
a lifetime warranty and is
offered in 8.5-inch, 10-inch
or 12-inch sizes.
