Next, we will thread the elastic through the channel. You will
need an 8” strip of elastic and two safety pins.
Note: Remember this is for the B size. For A size use 9” of
elastic and for the C size use 7” of elastic.

First, thread the first safety pin through one end of the elastic. Then, use the safety pin to guide the elastic through the
channel at the top.

Once the back end of the elastic has reached the opening,
use the second safety pin to keep that elastic in place so it is
just poking out of the channel opening.
Continue feeding the elastic through the channel, bunching
the fabric until it reaches the other side, then safety pin the
front end of the elastic in place like you did with the back.
Repeat steps Q and R for the bottom seam allowance.
