2015: (Partner-Russell Cardoza) Won the Redding (CA) Rodeo,
the La Fiesta de los Vaqueros (Tucson, AZ) and the Springville
(CA) Sierra Rodeo. Co-Champion at the Guadalupe County Fair
& PRCA Rodeo (Seguin, TX), with Dustin Davis. Finished 23rd in
the World Standings with 52,426 dollars in earnings.
Bubba grew up in Kingston, Oklahoma with his parents Steve
Buckaloo and Rita Ginter along with his sister Holly Wynn. He
lives in Caddo, OK with his wife Josie, where they work for Dufur
Quarter Horses. He loves spending time with all of his supportive
family when he is home. He got started roping with his dad at
the age of five. Bubba cut his thumb off twice; once when he
was eleven and again at age fifteen. Buckaloo’s favorite rodeo
is Cheyenne (WY) Frontier Days. His favorite movie is “The
Cowboys” with John Wayne and his rodeo idol is seven-time
World Champion Team Roping Heeler Clay O’Brien Cooper.
