Method:
1. Carefully heat canola oil to 350 degrees.
2. Whisk egg in a mixing bowl.
3. In another bowl mix the mayonnaise, lime zest, garlic and hot sauce.
Set aside.
4. Cook the bacon on a sheet tray in the oven at 350 degrees for
6 to 8 minutes.
5. Set up your breading station with the fl our fi rst, then egg followed
by bread crumbs.
6. Toast and halve the croissant.
7. Carefully place your breaded crabs into the hot oil and fry for
3 minutes.
8. Peel and slice avocado.
9. Assemble the crab BLT and enjoy.
