T he world’s oldest gourmet dining society established in 1248, the Confrérie de la
Chaine des Rôtisseurs, held its local chapter’s Holiday Dinner in the Crystal Ballroom
of the historic Fort Harrison in downtown Clearwater. The eight-course meal was
paired with wines selected by Luca Biancolini, the Fort Harrison sommelier, and prepared
by the Church of Scientology’s chefs under the direction of Executive Chef Barry Reid.
