Syd Entel Galleries in Safety Harbor will feature the work of Iranian-born
Hessam Abrishami, who is known for his vibrant colors, dynamic composition
and powerful expressions in a style that is uniquely his own. The February
24th through March 24th exhibit will include original paintings, prints and
bronze sculptures, which will be available for purchase. The artist will attend
the opening reception that will be held on Saturday, February 24th between

Bravura Brunch
The 24th annual Bravura Brunch,
presented by The Florida Orchestra’s
North Suncoast Associates, will be held
on Saturday, March 3rd at Innisbrook
Golf and Spa Resort in Palm Harbor.
This fundraiser benefits the orchestra’s
education and community engagement
programs. To celebrate the orchestra’s 50th
birthday, Jeff Tyzik, a Grammy Awardwinner
and the principal pops conductor
of the orchestra, will entertain along with

Safety Harbor
Library to Expand
The Safety Harbor Library Foundation
is hosting a capital campaign fundraiser to
help build a second-story meeting room at
the library to keep up with the demands of
the community. At the event, New York Times
best-selling author Paula McLain, who wrote
The Paris Wife, will discuss her latest novel,
Circling the Sun. The event will be on Friday
evening, January 26th at the Safety Harbor

Art Exhibition from January
14th through February 4th at
the Dunedin Fine Art Center.
The Miniature Art Society of
Florida will present all types
of art, ranging from paintings
to sculpture, including the
society’s permanent collection
of more than 100 miniatures.
This juried show features the
work of 170 artists, most of
which is for sale. The society
supplies magnifying glasses so

of these exquisite works of
