What is your management style?
Very hands on. I like to be right in the mix of all the action and
work that’s being done. I try to lead best by example.
What does the future of your restaurant look like?
There is so much potential here. We love Canton and
we’ve gotten to see and be a part of all the growth that has
happened here in the last three plus years. Its exciting for
SP and our community.
