Then, stitch along the top edge of the trim, again using the
shortest stitch length.
Repeat step 17 along the bottom edge of the folded fabric
strip as well.

Now that your fringe trim is sewn, the threads are secure.
Next, trim off any remaining length of fabric that isn’t holding
onto thread.

Then, to even out the length of your fringe, use a rotary
cutter and ruler to cut the threads to match the length of the
shortest thread.
Now your thread fringe trim is complete!
