500 FLIGHTS
AND COUNTING

Drones are unmanned vehicles capable of operating

land, air, and space. As an appraiser and instructor, I
have used aerial drones to capture data about
����������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������
video, and even thermal imaging. I have over 100
������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������
������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������
months, I have performed over 500 missions
����������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������
of an existing home to the construction of a dream
home. Not only did I have to deal with regulatory
issues, but also environmental and operational
issues. I would like to share some of my
observations with you.
