For regulatory issues, the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA) is responsible for the United

for any aspect of commercial practice, you must be

gathering data must also be registered. To perform
commercial services, the drone must be
commercially registered.
Along with the FAA, there are also Federal, State,
and local regulations that need to be followed.
There are also community standards that should be
followed to insure privacy and security. I have used
several apps on my iPad that give me real time data
