SCOTT REUTER
Scott Reuter is the Chief Appraiser and SF Director of Valuation for Freddie Mac.

appraisal, and collateral risk management concerns. He holds a BA from Ohio State
University and has completed the Executive Leadership program at Cornell
University. His management experience includes positions with Bank of America,
GE, and Goldman Sachs. Scott is a second-generation appraiser and began his
career as a fee appraiser. The valuation team at Freddie Mac is responsible for
review and oversight of valuation consistency and quality, ongoing development

and maintaining a credible quality assurance process across multiple lines
of support.
KEISHA WILKINSON

and an MBA in Strategic Management. Keisha has worked in the real estate
industry for the past 15 years. Since 2011, she has had various roles at Fannie Mae,
from valuation analyst to marketing specialist. Recently, Keisha has been assisting
with appraiser outreach and training, including writing for the Appraiser Update
quarterly newsletter, collaborating with appraiser training organizations to develop
continuing education courses, and working on the Appraiser Diversity Pipeline

National Urban League to increase awareness of the appraisal profession and help
aspiring appraisers get started.
LAMAR ELLIS

of Unmanned Aerial Systems International. Lamar has over 30 years of real estate
valuation experience and is an approved instructor with the Appraisal Institute and
the State of Georgia’s Real Estate Commission. Since 2014, he has traveled to over
31 states presenting seminars on Drone Technology to real estate professionals. In
