create the Armed Forces
History Museum.
MUSA ERUTMS
I n 2008, the late John J. Piazza Sr. opened the Armed Forces History
Museum in Largo with his collection of military memorabilia,
which ranged from medals to tanks. He did so to recognize and
honor generations of Americans who sacrificed their lives for
our freedom. He wanted the museum to preserve the history and
memories of those veterans in order to educate young students
about our great military heritage.
