Gardens Theatre are part of the special
offerings of the Festival of the Arts.
Culinary art presentations of food
and beverages offered items that ranged
from deconstructed dishes of strawberry
cheesecake and a BLT to decadent
delights such as the Artist Palette Jumbo
Chocolate Chip Cookie and the S’mores
Tart of buttermilk chocolate cake with
chocolate mousse, toasted marshmallow
meringue, graham cracker dust and
malted milk chocolate sauce. For serious
dining, there was Sous Vide Poulet Rouge
Chicken Roulade with apple and sage
or Roasted Pork Roulade with butternut
squash purée with a red wine sauce. You can put yourself into a famous painting as you tour the
Festival of the Arts.
