Run Club+, a stroller-friendly program for runners, is an eightweek
program with training for either a 5K or 10K. There is also
a four-week mini session for the summer. Mothers are invited to
join, and once at an appropriate age, children can join as well, as

partner, BOB Strollers, says typically 6-8 months. Run Club+
welcomes moms of all levels of experience.
The newest program, announced in July, is MamaWell. MamaWell
is a 42-week online course that guides moms-to-be
through how to move, what to eat and how to best prepare for
birth through their pregnancy and beyond. The MamaWell digital
program encompasses more than just fitness; it combines workouts,
nutrition, recipes, knowledge from top pre and postnatal experts
and a supportive community. All 42 weeks of content are
customized by trimester and teach moms how to safely move
throughout pregnancy, nourish their
body and spirit and gather the information
they need for a more informed
birth experience.
Currently, the client base totals
150 moms every 3-6 months. The
staff is 16 members, including instructors
and play group captains.
All work towards the goal of not
only working out but to bring together
a community of mothers, all
going through the same ups and
downs.
