It doesn’t make her any less passionate
about her work, instead it comes
as a surprise that someone could be so
calm about taking on such an endeavor.
She acknowledges that the most challenging
aspect of being an entrepreneur
has been finding not only enough help,
but also the right people to help. She
doesn’t consider herself too selective
when hiring employees but would prefer
that you’re passionate about the food
you’re making.
“It’s hard to sell something that
you’re not passionate about. I’ve always
worked in places that I was really passionate
about, like a health foods store,
a gym and I was always the image of
where I worked. It’s good when customers
can come in and say, ‘These people
are definitely into this. They must
like it. It must be great.’”
She also admits that “our generation,”
meaning Millennials, are not the most
willing to get their hands dirty, so finding
