The next area is the man cave, a large room with a
huge TV over the home’s fourth fireplace. The walls
are painted black with blackout draperies covering a
large wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. Besides a wall
of bookcases, there is a wet bar. The refrigerator lights
up as you approach it. There is also an icemaker, a
Bosch dishwasher and a smaller TV.
On the second level, bamboo floors have been
stained to match the floors below, and there are two
renovated bedrooms and a bath. There is a large closet
that contains a tankless water heater and space for
a second laundry. Both bedrooms access a massive
balcony. There is a floating hallway to the other
side for two more bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bath
that was built with vanities on both sides and water
closet in the middle, separated by pocket doors and
shower at the end. These bedrooms have access to
another immense balcony on the front.
In the garage, there is a raised rack, along with two
other vehicle spaces. The property’s Centron system
that controls music and light dimming, a Door Bird
security system and Lutron lighting are among the
amenities that make this home so special.9
