Tampa Bay’s Dancing with the Stars
Julie Weintraub of Gold and Diamond Source presented this ninth annual fundraiser to benefit her Hands Across the Bay charity.
Tampa Bay’s “Dancing with the Stars” event in Tampa is patterned after the popular television show, which partners celebrities
with professional dancers for dance competitions. Guests wearing elaborate outfits in accordance with this benefit’s British Invasion
theme voted with dollars for their favorite dancers. A seated dinner and silent auction preceded the dance competition, all to benefit
Julie’s Hands Across the Bay foundation, along with Heroes of the St. Pete Police and Fire Inc., Pepin Academies, Honor Flight of
West Central Florida Inc., Troop Rewards, and Help Us Gather.
Elizabeth Palascak of PureLife Medi-Spa was
the “People’s Choice” award winner, and
Kendall Kirkham, host of WTSP 10 News’
Great Day Live was ”Best Female” award
winner in the dance competition.
Sueños de Dalí Patrons Pre-Party
Elisabeth and Alain Cerf and their family hosted an evening pre-party for supporters
of the Sueños de Dalí that supports the Dalí Museum in St. Petersburg. The pre-party
was held at the Cerfs’ Tampa Bay Automobile Museum in Pinellas Park, where Chef
Tyson Grant of Parkshore Catering created a bevy of “New York Delights” for dining
to match this year’s Sueños gala theme of the Big Apple, New York City.
