Cooking on Diamonds
The revolutionary Swiss Diamond XD nonstick coating on this 3.8-quart
sauté pan gives it amazing nonstick food release and heat conductivity. The
extra thick and perfectly flat cast aluminum base and body maximize heat
transfer, so you will not get hot spots or need to use more than medium heat to
brown or sear meat. Meanwhile, the Swiss Diamond’s ergonomic handle will
stay cool while on the stovetop. The pan can go from stovetop to oven (up to
500 degrees Fahrenheit) to the tabletop. Afterward, it cleans with ease. For more
information, or to purchase this sauté pan, go to swissdiamond.com. 9
