Remove the tea bag from the hoop, then carefully
tear the tag out of the stabilizer.
STEP W
Using a rotary cutter and ruler, carefully trim away
most of the excess fabric and stabilizer
STEP X
Then, use a pair of straight scissors to cut away the
excess fabric and stabilizer so there is only about 1⁄8"
of excess fabric all the way around.
