Loose Caboose
French Toast
Ingredients:
3 cups milk
4 eggs
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons Madagascar vanilla
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Powdered sugar (for garnish)
2-3 pieces thickly-sliced bread
(such as Texas Toast) works best
Method of Preparation:
Mix milk, eggs, granulated sugar
and vanilla.
Dip bread into mixture until
covered. Then brown in skillet on
medium-high heat until both sides
are golden.
Garnish with powdered sugar,
orange and strawberry slices.
Serve with maple syrup.
