Ingredients:
6 mint leaves
4-5 raspberries
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
1 ounce Belvedere vodka
Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial
Method:
Muddle raspberries and few mint leaves in
a cocktail shaker. Add lemon juice, simple
syrup and vodka. Shake well and pour over
ice. Top with Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lemon
twist.
