A BLUEPRINT FOR LEADERS
Mary Lippitt is an outstanding leader who has been able to explain and explore
the principles she uses in her new book, Brilliant or Blunder, in easy, straight-forward
terms. In doing so, she describes “brilliance” as decisions based upon a comprehensive
understanding of the current reality and “blunders” as those decisions that are flawed from the
start. She puts these principles into a framework by analyzing the current reality and increasing
ability by using and sharing the mindset of others. This is a practical and flexible method by which
to reach your goals. Her six ways that leaders navigate their way through uncertainty, opportunity
and complexity are illustrated by actual examples and other supporting information.
EDITOR’S NOTE: Mary Lippett’s book, Brilliant or Blunder, can be found online,

THE FULLWOLFMOON TRILOGY
Tampa Bay author Kathy Nappier, who writes under the name K.L. Nappier, employs fast-paced
action style in her thrillers, mysteries and dark fiction. Her Full Moon Trilogy is an otherworldly
saga. It begins with Full Wolf Moon, which starts in 1942 with a werewolf at a Japanese internment

he needs to keep it alive for his own reasons. The second book in the series, Bitten, continues the hunt
for the beast after World War II, as it is stalked and destroyed in a fateful journey over land and sea.
