Clear Sky
on Cleveland
Downtown Clearwater has been
waiting for a restaurant like
Clear Sky on Cleveland for
decades. This new dining spot
across from the Capitol Theatre has
two distinctively different dining
rooms, a cozy bar and a menu
that draws from cultures all over
the world. The large menu, great
drinks and friendly service have
made it an instant hit. If you don’t
find something that appeals to you
here, you are not in the mood to eat,
(727) 754-7244.
Carlos and Beverly Yepes of Belleair
Development, which helped fund five
Habitat homes, presented keys to the new
homeowners at the dedication.

Clearwater Jazz
Educational Outreach
Clearwater Jazz Holiday’s popular Educational Outreach Program
enriches the lives of students in our community, while it celebrates
jazz, our true American art form. Students in this program displayed
their talents during a Giants of Jazz show at Ruth Eckerd Hall’s Capitol
Theatre in downtown Clearwater, where they recently performed a
tribute to the music of King Joe Oliver, Benny Goodman, Stan Getz and
Julian “Cannonball” Adderley.

Habitat for Humanity’s
Blueprint
Each year, Habitat for Humanity of
Pinellas County holds a signature
gala, Blueprint, to provide additional
funding resources for its affordable
homeownership program. This year, the
Edwards Group presented the fundraiser
for the second year in a row. At the event
in St. Petersburg, Carlos and Beverly
Yepes of Belleair Development, through
a matching grant, helped to raise enough
money for five homes. Next year’s
Blueprint will be “Bandstand” on April
14, 2018. Don’t miss it.
