Once you have stitched out enough blocks to complete a circle,
arrange each block as desired.

After stitching your pairs, they will look something like this.

Lay a ruler horizontally, through the true center. Pin at both ends,
1/2” from the raw edge, then again on the vertical axis.
TIP: think of it as a compass rose and you are looking for true
north, south, east, and west.
Next, attach the blocks as shown, in pairs. To do this, place the
right sides together, then using a walking foot stitch slightly inside
the tack down line.
To make them lie flat, use an iron to butterfly the seams for
each pair.
Next, cut notches along the bottom of the seam allowance to
give the blocks flexibility as you attach them to the centerpiece.
