Step - by - Step Instructions
Once your block is aligned as needed, use pins to secure
the dominant or important elements (such as flowers or tree
branches) in place.
Using a large basting stitch, sew the blocks between the
pinned spaces. TIP: A large basting stitch can be easily
removed if the blocks are not aligned as desired. Repeat
this process until the important elements of your tile scene
line up correctly.
After running the basting stitch, remove the blocks from your
machine and open the design to inspect the alignment. If
adjustments are needed, remove the basting stitch, realign,
and restitch.
Once lined up, sew the entire seam with a regular stitch length
just inside the tacking stitch.
