Swim Club (Level 4-6)
Long Center swim club is the next
step in swimming once a child has
completed Level 3 learn-to-swim
program. By entering into swim club,
your goal is to get your child ready for
the swim team. The team practices
three times a week for 45 minutes. The
goals are to continue the development
of all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke,
breaststroke and butterfly), along with
flip-turns, open-turns and starts. Your
child will learn the correct swimming
terminology to make the step into yearround
competitive swimming a breeze.

7-7:45 p.m.

Youth Swim Workshop

This program provides activities to
develop stamina and improve strokes.
Participants must be able to swim 25
yards.

Clearwater Spring Board Diving
Program
(ages 5+)
Do you like to jump, swim and flip?
If so, then sign up for diving lessons.
New divers must be able to swim. Train
to overcome fears and move onto the
next level whether high school diving
or future collegiate diving.

Splash Into Synchro
Synchronized swimming combines
gymnastics, dance, theater and
swimming while also developing
teamwork and music skills. Learn the
techniques in this novice class.

reduce the risk of impact injury.

a former professional ballerina aimed
