In this session, you will learn simple
but powerful yoga postures to balance
and stabilize your system. No prior
experience with yoga is necessary. Can

strengthens the spine and takes only
5 to 10 minutes to practice daily.
Sessions will be conducted by a trained
instructor of the Isha foundation.
