Something magical happens
when you walk through the
gates of this recently completed
Windstar designed home.
Located on the island of Tierra Verde,
surrounded by the majestic Gulf of
Mexico, this one-of-a-kind custom
home named Casa Eva sits on lakefront
property to capitalize on the waterfront
views. The design team decided that an
exposure of the water gives the space
gravitas, grasps the imagination and
provides a backdrop that is constantly
in motion, just as nature intended.
Waterfront property is prime real
estate and creates an experience of
calm and serenity.
Built on one convenient level, this
five-bedroom home has approximately
6,000 square feet of living area and
about 9,000 square feet of total space.
As a coastal home, it was designed
to bring the outdoors inside. Upon
entering the 900-square-foot central
courtyard, you discover a “floating”
downlit fire pit that is surrounded by
four uplit Medjool palm trees that are
30 feet tall. Inside the home, your eyes
are drawn to wonderfully decorated
leisure and living rooms, then beyond
to the outdoor living area where the
infinity pool seamlessly melts into the
lake.
Whole home automation was used
to integrate the latest in technology
into this residence with a private guest
house and a four-car garage. Top-ofthe
line Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances
are part of the well-appointed kitchen
that features a double island design.
Custom designed lighting fixtures
make the space feel warm and inviting.
