DunnDee Farms Mini-Farm Event
This program is tailored to suit all
age levels; a homestead 101. Learn
what it means to be self-sustaining,
the community’s impact on the
environment and organic foods.
Attendees will also learn why you
should care about what you eat and
non-organic farming’s impact on the
environment. Some animal friends
including a mini-donkey, a mini-goat,
a mini-sheep, chickens, a dwarf rabbit
and a mini-pig will join us.

Indoor Art Walk
Meet local emerging artists and see
their exciting works of art at the
Clearwater Main Library’s free Indoor
Art Walk. Attendees will vote for their
favorite artists. The top three artists will
have their works on display in February
in the Main Library's Osceola and
Carnegie Galleries.

Heritage Studio Open Hours
Stop by the Heritage Studio to convert
old formats to digital including VHS,
Betamax, miniDv, Hi8, Super 8
and Regular 8 film, slides, negatives,
photographs, vinyl records, reel-to-reel
audio tape and more. Reservations are
required for each station.

Maker Space Drop-In
Stop by and ask staff questions about
the library's software and equipment.
The Studios@Main has 3-D printers
and scanners, micro-controllers, Adobe
Creative Cloud applications and other
specialized software you can learn
about during these drop-in sessions.

Sunset on the Roof!
The Clearwater Main Library will
open its rooftop terrace 30 minutes
before sunset every Tuesday, weather
permitting, for those who wish to get
a great view of Clearwater's spectacular
sunsets and the beautiful harbor. Sunset
watchers should arrive a few minutes
early and gather at the foot of the
grand staircase on the first floor before
proceeding to the roof.

SHINE @ Main Library
SHINE (Serving Health Insurance
Needs of Elders) is a free program
offered by the Florida Department
of Elder Affairs and the local Area
Agency on Aging. Specially-trained
volunteers can assist patrons with
Medicare, Medicaid and health
insurance questions by providing oneon
one counseling and information.
SHINE services are free, unbiased and
confidential.
