Each of the corresponding notches on the pillow front AND
band should now be pinned together. The band will appear
slightly smaller, as seen in this picture.

Continue to sew from one pinned section to the next, gently
easing the circle onto the band as you sew.

Now, make small clips about 1⁄2” apart all the way around the
seam of the band.
Starting at the bottom (where the three notches are), sew the
band to the pillow front by gently pulling the band section as
you sew 1⁄2” seam.
At this point, the band should be completely sewn onto the
pillow front.
