Lay one of the folded pieces of fabric over the legs of the
horse. You’ll see stitched tick marks on either side of the
horse’s body (circled above). Pull the folded edge of the
fabric to meet these tick marks on each side. Tape the folded
fabric in place.
Fold those squares in half, then iron the folded edge for
a perfect crease. Set one to the side for use in the
second hooping.

Run the final machine step to tack the fabric in place (shown
in white).
Remove the horse from the hoop, then trim away the excess
stabilizer using a rotary cutter and ruler.
Do not trim the fabric.
