To create a butterfly lamp shade, stitch the butterflies you
would like to use, then select your lamp shade. It will be
easiest to do this project with the lamp shade off of the
lamp base.

Before the glue dries, place the butterfly on the inside of
the lamp shade. Hold in place until the glue is dry. You can
always use temporary adhesive if you don’t want to hot glue
the butterflies.
Put a dollop of glue on the back of one of your butterflies.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the remaining butterflies, then just
reattach your lampshade to your lamp!
