This gorgeous Quilts on a Clothesline collection includes blocks that each have their very own quilt built right in. To create
each of these designs, we used a combination of embroidery and appliqué. These techniques allowed us to ensure that each
block has a classic folk-art feel with just the right added modern touch. You will recognize some traditional quilting patterns
within the blocks of this collection, and we’ve also included some newer variations as well. We also included coordinating
borders and sashing so you can complete your own quilts in style. Allow these homespun blocks to transport you to bright

FABRIC
For the base of your small quilt,
consider using a textured fabric for a
unique finish. Printed fabrics also add
visual interest to your blocks.
THREADS
Each quilt also features both a satin
stitch accent as well as a zig zag
stitch on top. This allows for you to
coordinate colors, or to add pizazz!

When doing any project it’s always
helpful to have a ruler, rotary cutter and
a sharp pair of scissors nearby.
