STITCHING OUT A DESIGN
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

To begin, hoop a layer of tear away stabilizer and your
project fabric, then load the design of your choice.
We are stitching out design HSH1.
Run the first machine step of your design, which will be a
placement stitch.

Lay your first appliqué fabric, right-side up, over the
placement stitch.
Run the next machine step to tack the fabric into place.

Using a sharp pair of appliqué scissors, closely trim away the
excess appliqué fabric.
Your trimmed fabric should look something like this.
