Pre-Summer Camp

Summer Camp
Countryside will offer two types of
camps this summer.
• Elementary Camp (entering grades
1-5) will focus on structured
activities, games, arts and crafts,
sports, “STEAM” activities, and our
Book Club Program.
• Sports Camp (entering grades
6-8) will focus on sports. This
camp will allow campers to
learn the fundamentals and play
different sports, including soccer,
flag football, pickleball, table
tennis, kick ball, disc golf, softball,
basketball and others. In addition,
campers will learn the history of
the sport they are playing, and they
will complete various “STEAM”
activities with sports themes.
Campers will focus on building
sportsmanship and teamwork skills.

• $400 (W) / $450 (W/O) per session
• Half of camp fees are due at
registration with the remainder due
before camp begins.

Gymnastics
with Diane (ages 4-16)
Beginners to advanced students learn
acrobatic floor exercises to the latest
pop music. Students will be divided
into groups according to ability and
age. Improve coordination, confidence
and have fun.

• Beginners/intermediate, 30-minute
class

Personal Training-Small Group
with Christina
Learn how to exercise properly and
effectively. Christina will design and
rotate your workouts to cover all major
muscle groups and aerobic system in a
small group format.

wish to work exclusively one-on-one

Jazzercise®
(ages 18+)
Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat
pumping fitness program that gets
fast results. It’s a calorie-torching,
hip-swiveling dance party with a hot
playlist to distract you from the burn.

Dance Mixx, Interval, Fusion, Strike,
Core and Strength.
