The Tampa Bay Turtle & Tortoise
Society assists in conservation of
turtles and tortoises. Each month, a
speaker discusses topics that emphasize
education, conservation and proper
captive husbandry. The group also
conducts at least one field trip,
sometimes two, as a club.

Guest speakers share their expertise
on certain reptile and amphibian
breeds on a monthly basis; some bring
live animals. Learn fascinating facts

with live reptiles and amphibians and
teaches responsible pet ownership,
conservation and preservation through
education.
