The resort’s Lodge, which was designed by Tampa architect Alberto Alfonso,
is located in a pristine setting that immerses guests in the
natural beauty of Florida.
The company’s leaders set their own
standards of excellence in order to
provide their guests with a variety of
services and amenities that would exceed
their expectations. In fact, everything at
Streamsong is geared to making their
visitors’ experiences both extraordinary
and memorable.
The resort was designed by Tampa
architect Alberto Alfonso, who also
envisioned the plans for the Chihuly
Collection in St. Petersburg. He created
a distinctive look for the resort that you
will not find elsewhere. Alfonso’s clean,
modern style incorporates many special
features, including custom oversized
louvers to control the light and the
inspiring water views through the guest
rooms’ floor-to-ceiling windows. Each
guest room has a separate seating area,
a writing desk, dual sink bathrooms and
book shelves with appropriately classic
library novels, such as Patrick D. Smith’s
A Land Remembered. We particularly
enjoyed the dual back-to-back HD
television sets, one for the bedroom and
one for the seating area, which each had
its own remote control.
