1 RIBBON STORAGE
One of the hardest items in our sewing
room to organize is ribbon. Ribbon comes
in different sizes which sometimes make it
difficult to line them all up in an organized
manner. Or, after removing the wrapping we
then have to find a pin to hold the ribbon in
place to keep it from unraveling.
We have found the perfect trick for keeping
your ribbon neatly wound and organized. All
you need is a storage bucket that has holes
on each side. Either use a small dowel to place
all of your ribbon’s on or lay them alone at the
bottom of your bucket. This quick fix will have
you looking put together in no time.
2 THREAD STORAGE
By now you probably have so much thread
you could open your own business. Problem
is, where do you store it? Well, we have a
simple solution that can be purchased in any
home organization section of most home
stores; drawer storage.
Simply organize your threads accordingly
and place in each drawer. Sort your thread
in whichever fashion is easiest for you and
label the outside of the drawer with the color
numbers for easy access.
