It is now time to hoop your wreath for display. You will need
one 8” hoop and one 3” hoop to create the “wreath” look.
Starting with the larger hoop first, lay the inner ring on your
work surface and the design right side up over top. Press the
outer ring over the fabric, positioning the design so it will be
center. Tighten the hoop screw as needed and ensure your
fabric is nice and taut.

Now, you will need to place the 3” hoop’s outer ring (with the
screw) at the back of the design, laying the hooped design
over the small outer ring.
From the front of the design, you will now press the inner
ring of the 3” hoop over the clipped fabric in the center,
pressing the hoop ring down until they are flush. Tighten the
3” hoop’s screw on back as needed, then use scissors to cut
into the center material as shown above (dashed black).

Using scissors, trim away the excess base fabric from
around the hoop, being sure to leave at least a 1⁄2” of fabric
extending out of the hoop as your seam allowance.
For a clean finished look, use a hot glue gun to apply glue
on the inner large ring.
