STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Flip the hoop over so that the back side is facing up.

Next, place the back fabric face up on top of the
design and securely tape it in place.
TIP: Make sure the tape does not have folded
corners, or it may catch on the embroidery unit and
cause the back fabric to shift.
Once trimmed, the design will look something like this.
Be extra careful not to accidentally trim the ribbon.
Tape the ends of an 8” piece of ribbon to the back of
the design.
Once tacked in place, trim away the fabric up to the
tacking stitch.
Before placing the hoop back in the machine, match
the bobbin to the top thread.
