Under the guidance of his father, a New Yorker who grew up watching many an opera from the back row of the old
Metropolitan Opera, Bob developed a love of classical music, opera in particular, at an early age. Adrienne’s love
of music comes from her interest and experience in classical ballet.
Both Greenberg Traurig and Bob individually have been long time supporters of FGO. Robert Traurig, a founder of
Greenberg Traurig, was President of the Board of Directors of Florida Grand Opera for many years. Bob has served
on the Board since 2001, and is currently a member of the Executive, Building and Finance Committees, where he
serves as Assistant Treasurer.
