Eligibility
Persons with disabilities that need to increase maintain
or improve functional capabilities are eligible for assistive
technology service.
KENTUCKY ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY LOAN
PROGRAM
The KATLC operates a low-interest loan program funded
by both private and public money to help Kentuckians with
disabilities obtain assistive technology to improve their
independence or quality of life. A seven-member Board of
Directors manages the corporation.

KENTUCKY ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM
(KATS NETWORK)
The KATS network is a division of the Kentucky Department
for the Blind and provides assistive technology to persons with
physical disabilities and provides them with more independence.
They have a statewide network, which covers all regions of
Kentucky.
