artists available for purchase

open to the public virtual show
will be from noon January
30th through 5 p.m. Sunday,
February 7th. Becoming a
Purchase Award Patron will
allow you to access a preview
show starting at noon January
23rd and continuing until 5

Opera Tampa on the Riverwalk
BESTBets
Despite canceling the full-scale Pirates of
Penzance, Il Trovatore and Madama Butterfly due
to the cloud of COVID-19, Opera Tampa will be
staging smaller operatic events along the Tampa
Riverwalk and the Hillsborough River with
socially distanced seating and mask wearing.
Gilbert vs. Sullivan will be featured on Jan. 22-
24; Valentine’s Engagement, songs of love and
heartbreak, will be February 12-14; Troubador’s
Tale, an abridged Verdi’s Il Trovatore will be on March 19-21; and The Butterfly’s Flight, a
narrated concert revision of Puccini’s best loved opera Madama Butterfly will be April

The Miniature Art Society of
Florida’s annual international
juried show of spectacularly
small miniature works of art was
canceled due to the pandemic. It
has been rescheduled for January
16th through February 6th, 2022,
at the Dunedin Fine Art Center.
Several hundred tiny paintings,
pastels, colored pencil drawings,
fired porcelains and sculptures by
artists from throughout our country
and the world will be displayed with
individual magnifying glasses in
order for their minute details to be
fully appreciated.
