Repeat the same technique seen in picture steps S - Y to
complete any remaining folded fabric appliqués.

Since we merged a “Mergeable Embroidery Design” right
after the quilt block, we can now start following along with
the respective numbered machine steps for the design. All
of these start with a standard appliqué, so go ahead and run
the placement stitch.
Place appliqué fabric, right side up, over the placement
stitch, being sure to cover it entirely.
Once trimmed, your folded fabric appliqué should look
something like this.
