in this tutorial to help you decide
what size ornament to use
when decorating your stuffed
tree. You can either use small
adhesive Velcro dots, hot glue,
or the ribbon loop to attach the
ornaments to your stuffed tree. We love any excuse to make
things sparkle. We aimed to
use a mixture of glittery tinsel
and a strip of battery-powered
LED lights in order to make
our trees shine bright!
Pom Poms are a lightweight
and fun way
to add texture and
character to your stuffed
tree. We suggest
using a hot glue gun
to attach them.
We used a round 3” basswood
coaster and 3⁄4” wooden
dowel for our stands. If you
choose to follow that, keep
in mind that you will need a
drill and a drill bit that can
cut a hole slightly larger than
the diameter of your dowel.
