Then fold the binding strip back onto itself once more, lining
up the edge of the binding with the edge of the quilt block’s
seam allowance. Pin or clip in place.
Starting at the tip of the corner’s seam allowance, stitch at
a 45˚ angle until you get to the quilt block’s tacking stitch.
Put the needle down and pivot so that you are aligned with
the quilt block’s tacking stitch. Continue stitching along the
tacking line until you get to the next corner.

Once you reach the corner, put your needle down and pivot
the fabric 45˚ toward the corner’s seam allowance. Then
continue stitching off the corner of the quilt block.
Follow the same technique seen in picture steps 19 - 22 to
attach the binding strip to the 3rd and 4th edges. Stop just
before the binding’s starting point.
