From the final corner’s tip, stitch at a 45˚ angle until you get
to the quilt block’s tacking stitch. Put the needle down and
pivot so that you are aligned with the quilt block’s tacking
stitch. Continue stitching along the tacking line until you have
overlapped the starting point by 2”.

Double fold and secure the raw edges inside the binding,
being sure the fold extends past the tacking stitch. Stitch inthe

ditch from the front side.

side of the trivet facing up.
Flip the binding fabric away from the front of the trivet, using
an iron, if desired.
