What’s that dog doing now? Pet Cams for the home
March/April 2020 GASPARILLA MAGAZINE 111
Security Kit
Are you one of those people who always wonders what your pet is doing
while you’re not there? Technology today has made it so that you never have
to wonder again.
There are several types of home cameras on the market that monitor your
pet’s activity during the day. If you have a dog, some will even let you know
when it’s barking.
The prices of the cameras range from $400 for a three-pack of cameras you
can install for maximum room coverage, down to $30 for a very basic model.
Some of the cameras, such as the more expensive Furbo, will even
dispense treats for your pet and allow them
to push a button with their paw if they want
to see you on their very own monitor.
The Furbo camera can be found at
shopus.furbo.com. The three-camera model
can be found at google.com, just search
“three-pack nest cam.” The least expensive
one we found was through amazon.com,
made by Amiccom, for $30.59.
